UBCD4Win (مخفف Ultimate Boot CD for Windows) يک Bootable CD بسيار کارآمد است که داراي نرم افزارهايي جهت بازيابي اطلاعات،تعميرات و تشخيص ايرادها و مشکلات رايج سيستم هاست. هدف ساخت اين بسته نرم افزاري کاملا رايگان، دستيابي به کامل ترين و در عين حال ساده ترين بسته تعميرات است. بديهيست تمام نرم افزارهايي که داخل اين بسته قرار گرفته شده است به دليل حق استفاده آنها، از نرم افزارهاي رايگان استفاده شده است.
اما تعدادي از نرم افزارها نيز داراي لايسنس “تنها براي استفاده شخصي” برخوردارند و کاربران ميبايست به آن احترام بگذارند. Licence تعداد کمي از نرم افزارها نيز توسط WBCD4Win جهت استفاده شما خريداري شده است. کاربران با آزادي تمام ميتوانند اين بسته را با دوستان خود به اشتراک گذاشته ولي از فروش اين بسته رايگان خودداري نماييد.

از بحث حق استفاده اين نرم افزار خارج شويم. UBCD4Win بر پايه ي ©Bart’s PE ساخته شده است.  ©Bart’s PE يک محيط ويندوز XP را در CD براي شما آماده سازي کرده است. بدان معني که به هيچ عنوان مانند Hiren’s Bootable CD در محيط Dos فعاليت نميکند. بلکه با اجرا شدن يک ويندوز ساده XP شما قادر به اجراي نرم افزارهاي گوناگون جهت رفع مشکل احتمالي، خواهيد بود.
 تفاوت عمده اين بسته با Hiren همين مورد است. در موارد ديگر تقريبا شبيه به همان بسته است و به طور مثال داراي آنتي ويروس،ضد جاسوس،نرم افزارهاي Defragment و . . . ميباشد. براي مشاهده ليست تمام نرم افزارهاي موجود در اين بسته، “اينجا” را کليک نماييد.

Our goal is to be the ultimate free hardware and software diagnostic tool. All software included in UBCD4Win are freeware utilities for Windows®. UBCD4Win is based on Bart’s PE©. Bart’s PE© builds a Windows® “pre-install” environment CD, basically Windows® booted from CD. We include many free hardware and software diagnostic tools that allow you to fix almost any problem you will face with your computer. With network support, the ability to modify NTFS volumes, recover deleted files, create new NTFS volumes, scan hard drives for viruses, etc. this project includes almost everything you need to repair your system problems. This project has been put together to be the ultimate recovery cd and not a replacement OS (Operating System). There are requirements for building this CD which can and may make it difficult for everyone to build the project. Please understand that these requirements and restrictions are due to copyright laws, etc. When starting this project I wanted it to be as easy as possible. I wanted it to be a simple ISO file download just like the original Ultimate Boot CD. I had to weigh the ease of build and functionality very carefully. After much thought and research I decided that Bart’s PE© was the best way to accomplish this task. That decision required a different type of build and more steps for the end user. Yes more complicated, but I prefer to think of these additional steps in a positive way. We provide detailed instructions, email support, and the forum for help. Inexperienced users will feel a sense of accomplishment and gain knowledge when they successfully build the CD.
